What does a typical engagement look like?
Every engagement starts with a strategy conversation — we learn what you're trying to achieve, who you're trying to reach, and what you have to work with. From there we build the concept, manage production, and run the event. Some clients bring us in for a single event; others work with us on an ongoing basis.
How long does it take to plan something?
It depends on complexity. A curated dinner can come together in 3–4 weeks. A flagship event with multiple vendors and sponsors typically needs 8–12 weeks minimum. We'll tell you honestly what's achievable with your timeline.
Do you only support events in the Bay Area?
No — we're Bay Area based but work nationally. We've supported events in New York, Las Vegas, Toronto, and across the country. If you're activating somewhere, we can make it happen.
How do you price your work?
Pricing depends on scope, timeline, and what's involved. Fractional partnerships are structured as a monthly retainer. Production and creative engagements are scoped per project. Let's chat and figure out what makes sense for you.
